Presto TV and Entertainment bundle subscribers will have more NBC/Universal TV shows to binge watch, as Presto announced a content deal with the US network, renowned for its popular TV shows.
Complete seasons of Tina Fey's wonderfully irreverent series 30 Rock and the science-fiction series Heroes (just in time for the sequel mini-series, airing in the US in just over a month's time) are now ready to stream beginning this week, while the first five seasons of 'Parks and Recreation' will also be available (the other seasons following later). The first two seasons of Grimm is also now available.
Coming later in the year, in December, is the Hitchcock classic inspired Bates Motel.
For fans of British comedy, all three seasons of Mrs Brown’s Boys have also been made available, along with Buckin’ Mammy and Who’s a Pretty Mammy?
Presto interim CEO Shaun James welcomed the new additions to Presto's streaming library.
"NBCUniversal is a prolific producer of quality popular content and we are delighted to be able to offer Presto subscribers some of their most iconic shows including comedies Mrs Brown’s Boys, 30 Rock and Parks and Recreation and drama series such as Heroes, Bates Motel and Grimm," said James.
"There is also massive interest in the anticipated new drama series Heroes Reborn which will soon premiere on the Seven Network, so there is no better time for viewers to reacquaint themselves with the original four seasons of Heroes which ignited this popular franchise."
