Welcome to the Binge Report, where we look at the most popular movies and original TV shows that Americans have been streaming in the last week. For those interested in Australian numbers (provided to us by streaming search engine JustWatch), please have a look here. You can read last week's report here.

The TV Time app (iPhone and Android) helps users organise their streaming plans. The data here is tracked from American users of the app and some shows listed are not available in Australia without the use of a suitable VPN.

Movies:

The Hatchet Wielding Hitchhiker was the third most streamed movie for this particular weekend, as those paying attention to memes would remember Kai the hitchhiker and the tragic and weird ending to that particular story.

"The Banshees of Inisherin" arrives on HBO Max and 7th on the chart, the indie film has gotten a lot of good reviews, in particular, the pair-up between Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson once again.

"Everything Everywhere All At Once" (Showtime) was 9th, no doubt in the top 10 due to its recent Golden Globes success.

And finally in 10th, we have the new release "Ticket to Paradise" arriving on Peacock.

"Roald Dahl's Matilda the Musical", "White Noise", "Strange World", and "Zoolander" exited the top 10 this week.
