It's a new month on Stan, so let's take a look at all the new shiny stuff we have to watch on (soon to be) the only Australian owned SVOD platform.
For TV, there's the much talked about documentary The Case Of: JonBenet Ramsey. It's the latest in a series of real crime documentaries that goes back and examines the case from a fresh perspective. Othe than this, the first week of November only brings us more new episodes of shows like Blunt Talk, Younger and The Circus.
There's also a great selection of movies on Stan this week. Starting with the Best Picture winner from 1988, The Last Emperor chronicles the last days of imperial China. Don't worry subtitle-phobes, this one is shot entirely in English. The other pick of the week is the Indian comedy drama The Crow's Egg, a heart touching and inspiring tale about two slum kids who dream of nothing more than being able to taste a slice of pizza.
As for the rest, there's the Gwyneth Paltrow classic Sliding Doors, and for those suffering from Game of Thrones hiatus, check out "Jon Snow" in Spooks: The Greater Good. Also don't forget to check out the 1977 horror classic Suspiria.
Doco fans have Frackman, the latest documenary on the issue of fracking in the US, to check out.
