Stan's Xbox One app is finally available, months after the PS4 app was made available to subscribers.
The Nine Network and Fairfax backed subscription streaming service will join Netflix and QuickFlix on the Xbox One, with a Presto app not yet available.
The Stan Xbox One app features Kinect integration, including voice search and navigation, playback control, and supports Xbox One's unique "Snap" feature, which allows you to run other apps and games while keeping Stan on one side of the screen. OneGuide integration with Stan is not yet available, but will be added in the near future.
Microsoft's Jeremy Hinton hailed the new partnership between Stan and the Xbox One.
"Stan provides consumers with another great reason to jump into the Xbox One’s growing entertainment offering," said Hinton. "Fully integrated into the Xbox One’s entertainment features to ensure consumers have the very best experience – Stan on the Xbox One offers users more flexibility in their viewing experience than any other platform, even allowing them to continue gaming, unlock achievements or even sharing content to Twitter whilst watching their favourite film and TV shows, all at the same time."
There are currently no announced plans for the Xbox 360 version of the Stan app, which is available on the 360's main rival, the PS3.
