Welcome again to our weekly feature where we look at the most popular streaming movies and TV shows in Australia based on data collected by streaming search engine JustWatch. Data includes subscription streaming as well as transactional streaming titles. Click here to read last week's roundup.

Movies:

Netflix's Apex was the most-watched movie for the week.

Practical Magic (also on Prime Video) returns to the top 10 in a high third-place finish thanks to the release of the new trailer for the sequel.

Leave No Trace (also on Prime Video) is fourth for some reason, (very likely due to it being added to Netflix recently), and that's probably true for Hope Lost in 7th (but on Prime Video, instead of Netflix), as well as Companion in 9th and Juror #2 (also on HBO Max) in 10th.

Oscar (2026) favourite Marty Supreme was 8th.

"Thrash", "The Devil Wears Prada", "Nuremberg", "Civil War", "Sinners", "Balls Up", "Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die", and "Outcome" all left the top 10 to really shake up the top 10 chart this week.

Television:

Netflix's new original series Unchosen debuts in third.

The new season of From helped the show return to the top 10, in 5th.

And finally, Richard Gadd's new show following his successful "Baby Reindeer" arrives on Stan - new episodes of Half Man will be arriving weekly on the platform.

"Big Mistakes", "Rooster", and "Outlander" left the top 10 to make room.
