Two classic '80s movies and a Lebanese legal drama. These are just some of the highlights this week. Read on to find out more.
Nothing "new" in terms of newly added series and miniseries, but the continuing series continue for the likes of "Nine Bodies in a Mexican Morgue" and "Power Book III: Raising Kanan".
Overboard was one of my favourite movies back in the late '80s and early '90s. I have no idea why, and thinking back, the plot of the film hasn't aged well at all. Still, I'm looking forward to catching up with it again to see if it still stands up. There has been a remake, and from what I can tell, it's best avoided.
There's less debate about the merits of When Harry Met Sally... - it's rightfully considered an all-time classic, and the fact that we are still referencing scenes from the movie some 36 years later shows the impact the film has had.
Less of a cultural impact is Grown Ups, which some people love, but for some reason, I just can't get into it.
Finally for world movie fans, the Lebanese film The Insult is a great watch.
