The classic Glengarry Glen Ross features a nervous (in a good way) performance by Jack Lemmon which became the basis for the Gil Gunderson character on the Simpsons, so if for no other reason, you should check out this movie.
The Notebook is a favourite of my wife, and many other people, but I'm pretty impartial, to be honest. And I like Ryan Gosling, James Garner, Kevin Connolly, etc...
