Welcome again to our weekly feature where we look at the most popular streaming movies and TV shows in Australia based on data collected by streaming search engine JustWatch. Data includes subscription streaming as well as transactional streaming titles. Click here to read last week's roundup.
The cross-genre (sort of) horror film X is highest-ranked new entry into the top 10 - the secretly shot prequel to this movie, "Pearl", is somehow even better, but you'd want to watch this one first.
Mila Kunis stars in Netflix's Luckiest Girl Alive, and it debuts in 4th place on the chart.
There is a somewhat surprising return for "Everything Everywhere All at Once" in 6th place, as it's still only on premium VOD and not available yet on any of the streaming platforms (Amazon Prime Video would be my best guess).
And finally, the Amazon Prime original film Catherine Called Birdy, written and directed by Lena Dunham, just got in to the top 10, at 10th.
Making way for these new entires were the movies "Elvis", "Memory", "The Black Phone", and "King Richard".

It was another piece of horror/mystery content (I mean, it is pretty near the end of October if you know what I mean) that was the most streamed TV show for the week, and it was also a cross-genre type things. Netflix's The Watcher combines mystery, horror and true crime, and while it hasn't been too well received, it does appear to be popular.
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power makes a return in third place following the release of the season finale - it was still behind "House of the Dragon" though. As usual, if you're after a comparison of the streaming performance of "Rings of Power" and House of the Dragon", please have a look at our article series here.
"Shantaram" over on Apple TV+ was 5th, while the spin-off, prequel to "Supernatural", The Winchesters, was 7th.
And finally, fans celebrated the amazing achievements of Angela Lansbury, who sadly passed away last week, by bingeing (maybe for the first time) "Murder, She Wrote" on Foxtel Now and 9Now.
Out of the top 10 this week: "Ghosts", "The Patient", "Shetland", "The White Lotus", and "This England".
