For those that don't know, BritBox represents the best of British television (and movies). A joint venture between the BBC and ITV, BritBox has access to thousands of hours of premium British programming.
For November, from author Irvine Welsh, the brilliant mind behind "Trainspotting" and "Filth", the new BritBox Original series "Crime" tells the story of a detective battling his own demons while investigating the disappearance of a schoolgirl. This is the first series written by Irvine Welsh, and adapted from his best-selling novel of the same name. The entire first season will be streamable on exclusively BritBox on 25 November.
Other highlights includes a special Doctor Who Specials day on 23 November, and new complete seasons of must-see-Brit-TV in the form of "A Touch of Frost" (seasons 10-15), "Silent Witness" (seasons 10-15), and new seasons of "Friday Night Dinner" (season 6) and the BritBox exclusive "Bancroft" (season 2).
