Netflix's Lucifer returned for the second part of season 5 and it immediately shot to the top of the TV Time Binge Report Top 10 for the week of May 24 - May 30, 2021.
TV Time calculates a binge session as when a viewer watches four or more episodes of the same show within a given day, as tracked by the TV Time (iPhone and Android) App. With most of TV Time's users being in the U.S., the binge data used in this report is therefore mainly reflective of the U.S. audience, and some shows listed are not available in Australia without the use of a suitable VPN.
"Lucifer" had a high binge share of 6.92%, meaning that nearly 7% of all the binge sessions recorded by TV Time were for this show alone.
Also new to the top 10 were Ragnorak (following the release of season 2) in 6th, "Friends" coming back to the top 10 in 8th (perhaps thanks to the reunion special), and "The Office" also back in the top 10 in 9th.
"Love, Death and Robots" dropped from 1st to 7th, and "Castlevania", "The Handmaid's Tale", "Jupiter's Legacy" and "The Bold Type" dropped out of the top 10 to make room for the new entries.
