Welcome to the Year of the Rat! Let's take a look at what's happening on Stan, although I'm pretty sure there's nothing rat related in this week's highlights.
Nothing rat related, but there is something related to the Chinese New Year in the form of new series Dead Lucky. The Australian detective show, based in Sydney, follows the two feuding detectives Sergeant Gibbs and her trainee Charlie Fung as they hunt down a cop-killer. You can stream the first season right now on Stan.
Two U.S. shows are returning for new seasons this week. The third season of Our Cartoon President begins this week, and in true form, Cartoon President Trump has been impeached! New episodes arriving weekly.
Season 4 of The Bold Type has also just premiered, and new episodes of the show will also be arriving weekly.
A couple of great movies has just joined Stan this week, including two Russell Crowe Australian films.
Stan originals have mostly been TV shows, but here's a Stan original movie - True History of the Kelly Gang. 1917's George MacKay, Russell Crowe, Nicholas Hoult, Essie Davis and Sons of Anarchy's Charlie Hunnam stars in this fictionalized re-telling of the classic Australian story.
Russell Crowe also stars in the True History of the Kelly Gang as an Australian man that travels to Turkey after the Battle of Gallipoli to try and locate his three missing sons.
The not very publicized (for obvious reasons) Woody Allen film-fest continues on Stan with Hannah and Her Sisters this week.
