Lucifer's hold on the number one spot on TV Time's Binge Report top 10 chart has been ended by a new season of an eagerly awaited Netflix original.
Season 3 of Stranger Things debuted on Netflix and on the Binge Report top 10 chart in an emphatic manner, with 17.66% of all binges, easily beating the 3.22% of 'Lucifer'.
TV Time calculates a binge session as when a viewer watches four or more episodes of the same show within a given day, as tracked by the TV Time (iPhone and Android) App. With most of TV Time's users being in the U.S., the binge data used in this report is therefore mainly reflective of the U.S. audience, and some shows listed are not available in Australia without the use of a suitable VPN.
Netflix's Dark continues to rank high, just behind 'Lucifer', in 3rd place, while another Netflix new entry is an oldie but goodie. Glee arrives on Netflix and is sure to be a binge crowd pleaser, coming in at 5th just ahead of another newcomer, The Big Bang Theory.
Making way for the three new entries are Netflix's Trinkets, Good Girls and 'How I Met Your Mother'.
