A sprinkle of foreign films, two erotic classics (term used loosely) and a new show from Sir Patrick Stewart marks this week on Stan.
Sunrise, Party Girl, and Mexico's Most Wanted (also known as El Más Buscado) is the trio of foreign films gracing Stan this week. None stand out too much, but on the other hand, they're not too bad either (at least according to IMDb ratings).
The hidden gem of the week goes to Tangerine, while the low IMDb rating for Cooties seems to suggest a flop, but a film starring the likes of Elijah Wood, Rainn Wilson, Jack McBrayer and The Newsroom's Alison Pill may still be worth a watch.
The Story Of O Part 2 is the largely irrelevant French sequel to the vastly superior original, but for those seeking a bit of 80's hedonism, this is what you're looking for. There's also the 2002 sanitized sequel The Story Of O: Untold Pleasures.
For TV, there's the new show from Star Trek and X-Men's Patrick Stewart, something of a departure from this most well known works as he stars as Walter Blunt, a British newscaster seeking a new life in the States. You can enjoy the complete first season of this hilarious new show, first on Stan.
