Welcome to the Binge Report, where we look at the most popular movies and original TV shows that Americans have been streaming in the last week. For those interested in Australian numbers (provided to us by streaming search engine JustWatch), please have a look here. You can read last week's report here.

The TV Time app (iPhone and Android) helps users organise their streaming plans. The data here is tracked from American users of the app and some shows listed are not available in Australia without the use of a suitable VPN.

Movies:

"Transformers: Rise of the Beast" dropped on Paramount+ and it was the most streamed movie for the weekend of July 28 - July 30 2023.

"Zoey 102", also on Paramount+, was in second place.

Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir: The Movie, Happiness for Beginners, and Hidden Strike formed a trio of Netflix movies debuting in the top 10, in 4th, 5th and 9th. "The Beanie Bubble" (Apple TV+) sat in between these, in 7th.

"Bird Box Barcelona", "65", "Nimona", "Mission: Impossible - Fallout", and "Avatar: The Way of Water" all left the top 10 this week.

Streaming Originals:

The Witcher returns to the top 10 following the release of the second part of season 3.

Futurama is rebooted (again), this time by Hulu, and it was 5th.

"Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan" bows out of the top 10 for probably the last time following the ending of the series. "The Bear" also left the top 10 in quick fashion as the season's short running time allowed for quick and early ending binges.
