Welcome to the Binge Report, where we look at the most popular movies and original TV shows that Americans have been streaming in the last week. For those interested in Australian numbers (provided to us by streaming search engine JustWatch), please have a look here. You can read last week's report here.

The TV Time app (iPhone and Android) helps users organise their streaming plans. The data here is tracked from American users of the app and some shows listed are not available in Australia without the use of a suitable VPN.

Movies:

A Man Called Otto is one of those films that's on Netflix, but only in the U.S., which is why Aussies clicking on the link before won't get to anywhere. Regardless, it was the third most popular movie for the week.

The other new entries in the top 10 were all related. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (5th), Guardians of the Galaxy (7th), and The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special (10th) re-enter the top 10 thanks to the release of the third and final film in the trilogy (review).

"John Mulaney: Baby J", "The Last Kingdom: Seven Kings Must Die", "A Tourist's Guide to Love", and "Knock at the Cabin" all exited the top 10 to make room.

Streaming Originals:

Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story debuts in the top 10 at 5th place. "Love & Death" (HBO Max) debuts in 10th - and if the plot of the series seems familiar, it's because it has already been covered by the Hulu series "Candy".

The new season of Sweet Tooth helped it get back into the top 10, at 10th.

"The Mandalorian", "Bel-Air", and "BEEF" all left the top 10.
