Presto in September wraps up Mr Robot, Aquarius and continues impress with their new additions this month. Let's have a look at what's in store.

Binge:
David Duchovny fans will be spoilt for choice, as Aquarius Season 2 continues on Saturdays and finishes up with a double episode on September 10. If you want to follow Duchovny's tv career, start with the X-Files, as FBI Agents Mulder (Duchovny) and Scully (Gillian Anderson) investigate paranormal activity over nine seasons (1993 – 2002) . Continue on with Californication, as Duchovny plays struggling author and single dad Hank Moody, complete series also available (2007 – 2013).

Straight from HBO, multiple Emmy and Golden Globe winning series, Boardwalk Empire (trailer) premieres on September 1. Set in the 1920's in Atlantic City, when the prohibition era begins. Led by Steve Buscemi as Enoch "Nucky' Thompson, backroom dealings and illegal liquor abounds in new era of crime and gambling. Also starring Michael Pitt, Kelly MacDonald, Michael Shannon and more.

Complete seasons of Sons of Anarchy S1-S7 and Good Wife S1- S7 also join Presto's impressive catalogue.

TV series:
You might recognise some of these faces, but they're not the real deal. In Lookalikes (trailer), we follow some wannabe actors from Eastbourne's leading agency of people who resemble TV and movie stars.

Based on the film franchise starring Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker, Rush Hour (trailer) has been reimagined as a TV show. We start with Detective Lee (Jon Foo) from Hong Kong who travels to LA to investigate missing Chinese artefacts, when he's partnered with the loud and brash Detective Carter (Justin Hires).

Mr Robot completes Season 2 with a finale on September 22.

Children
Some good family friendly movies to pick from this month. There's A Night at the Museum: Battle at the Smithsonian (2009), The Flintstones, The Ghostbusters (1984) and Adam Sandler's Big Daddy (1999)

Movies
Some solid action titles join Presto, look up In Bruges (2008), Man of Steel (2013), Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2001), G.I. Jane (1997) Assault on Precinct 13 (2005), Supremacy (2014) and Get Carter (2001).

Lovers of horror and the supernatural unknown will enjoy Paranormal Activity (2007), and Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension (2015), available alongside The Twilight Zone (1983), One Missed Call (2008), The Conjuring (2013), 1408 (2007) and the comic book series of the same name, 30 Days of Night (2007). Maybe if you pace yourself and just watch two every Friday it'll take you up to October in time for Halloween!

For some lighthearted movies, look out for National Lampoon's Movie Madness (1983), Black Knight (2001), Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny (2006), Napoleon Dynamite (2004) (Don't forget to dance at the song at the end!) and Funny People (2009). Personally I like anything with Jack Black, so I'd suggest Tenacious D (did you know he really has a band with that name?)

See you next month, folks!
