There's plenty on Netflix to keep us company in September, so let's dive in and have a look!

Netflix Originals:
Easy is set in Chicago and follows characters as they navigate through the modern life choices of love, sex, technology and culture. Featuring Orlando Bloom, Malin Akerman, Jake Johnson, Emily Tatajkowski and more. Directed by Joe Swanberg, the eight episodes will be released September 22.

Marvel's third Netflix original series, Luke Cage (trailer) - Jumping off from Marvel's gritty favourite Jessica Jones (and Daredevil), Luke Cage gets his own series to further flesh out his past and future as a fugitive in Harlem, New York City. With unbreakable skin and super strength, Luke steps out of the shadows and has to face his demons. Total episodes for Season 1 unknown at time of writing, we'll keep you posted! Released September 30.

Narcos season 2 (trailer) – Drug kingpin Pablo Escobar is out of jail, and on the run, as Columbian authorities and local cartels work hard to stop him. Ten episodes released September 2.

Children's original series:
Lost & Found Music Studio: Season 2
A group of tween high school students join an after school music program and learn about new musical styles and techniques. Every year musicians audition for a spot in the program and the chance to go on tour. Website here (www.family.ca/shows/lost-and-found-music-studios/#about)

Kulipari: An Army of Frogs
Based on popular books by Trevor Pryce, frogs of the Amphibilands have long lived in peace, until they are threatened by Spider Queen and Lord Marmoo who may uncover their dreamcasting spell. While the Kulipari (an elite group of poisonous frogs) are away in training, Darel has a chance to become the warrior of his dreams. Trailer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZBsA30gu7ZI

BINGE
Offspring, S1-S5:
Proudly made in Melbourne and filmed in Fitzroy, Offsprings follows Nina Proudman, an 30 something year old obstetrician and her crazy family, and their love lives. Lead actress Asher Keddie has won three Logies in her role (2013, 2014 and 2015), with Kat Stewart and Deborah Mailman also picking AACTA awards in 2010 and 2014 respectively. If you're late to the Offspring party, binge on back to back episodes from September 1, while current season six is available on free to air right now.

Sons of Anarchy S1-7:
Created by Kurt Sutter, Sons of Anarchy focuses on Jackson "Jax" Teller, (Charlie Hunnam) the leader of a fictional motorcycle club, his personal life and his family. Previously released on FX, and completing in December 2014, the complete series of seven seasons will land September 1.

Brooklyn 99, S3, New Captain Bill Hader joins the team, and Jake and Amy have to pick up the pieces from where they left off in Season 2. Released September 13.

New TV releases:
Final season of the Good Wife starring Julianna Margulies – how will Alicia Florrick's decisions play in her favour, and will Louis Cannings (Michael J Fox's) devious manipulations break apart the firm? Pull up a chair and come back to the courtroom, for farewells and closing statements in the last 22 episodes. Also starring Matt Czuchry, Christine Baranski, Alan Cumming and Chris Noth.

Movies:
Organise a movie night with plenty of friends and enjoy Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which will definitely inspire a new generation of admirers and followers. Watch James Bond in Spectre in the latest (and most expensive) Bond film to date. Potterheads can relive the last two movies in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt 1 and 2 being added to the catalogue soon. And for something light hearted, there's the Legally Blonde trilogy starring Reese Witherspoon.
